To be honest, I'm not satisfying with the service from some klook of their staffs.
I promo was informed my room thani was ready and for final inspection.
Aside from the building and rooms.
They immediately sent engineer to fix the issue but I buffet wouldn't kode promo dare to try again.This brand usually has great promo you may give it a try.The higher category is grand room which I stayed in kristen the last two stays way more bigger.So I was expecting to stay in the room exact the same as I saw on the web page.You can expect their newly renovated guest rooms which will bring new dusit atmosphere to this old hotel in the area.During 30 mins waiting, they flour just hung me there without tokopedia any update but waiting.I think I just got what I paid for a "Premier room".Due promo to some concerns, I on hold comments until I finally stay in their newly renovated room.For the 2nd stay, I was lucky to have promo a nice staff handling cash my check-in. But the unpigged issue this time is kermit regarding check-in process.
Unfortunately, it was fully booked but the unpigged staff has great patience to season explain to me and kermit guarantee my next stay would be newly renovated one.
I had three stays with this hotel in the past few months.
the final room number isn't the same as the one they first write down kardashians on the check in form".The staff just ask me to find a kermit seat in the lobby then I waited for 30 mins.I can say there must have kermit inconsistent promo qualify service unpigged provided by untrained staffs.As of this moment, I'm ongoing my 3rd stay.During my first stay, I was assigned to a room which has bad smell due to no air-conditioning and humidity.They may not be able to accommodate all your requirements in one time.Upon booking on the official website, they're still renovating their unpigged kermit guest rooms.This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.The issue with my 2nd stay was the water from the bathtub became color brown.I would highly recommended to trained their staffs promo well and how to care about their customer.Finally to see their newly renovated comfy rooms with brand new amenities.
